Head of Business Development

Precious Isijola is a qualified accountant and an experienced property investor, specialising in HMO refurb, conversion and management. Precious has been involved in the property industry since 2015 and has gained vast experience as a property business owner in the SME market.

Precious is responsible for sourcing new property deal and looking for new opportunities within the business.

Gabriel Okuyemi

Head of Operations

Gabriel Okuyemi started his career in engineering after earning his master’s in process engineering, operating the control systems in one of UK’s largest renewable energy power plant. Gabriel’s strength lies in his ability to create and implement efficient business systems.

Gabriel is responsible for implementing compliance and development process for our HMO refurbs and property projects across the UK.

Feyi Isijola

Head of Property Management

Feyi Isijola is a psychology graduate and a Prince2 practitioner. After finishing University, she started her business in property, providing serviced accommodation homes across the West Midlands.

Feyi is responsible for managing the daily management of our HMO rental portfolio across the UK.
